Sonictron’s Co-Solvent Cleaning Series or Vapor Degreaser Series are economical, both in terms of investment cost and operation cost and the series are environment friendly.

This ultrasonic system cleanses oils, greases, silicones and other soluble contamination from electronic components and metal and plastic parts.

Our machines are fully stainless steel. Hence, they can be used with a wide range of fluorinated or chlorinated solvents. The system is complete with a refrigeration freeboard cooling coil (which eliminates the need for a costly cooling water supply and troublesome discharge facility), recirculation with cartridge filtration and chip separation (for filtration system enhancement). Dual compressor refrigeration is also built-in in our fully automatic system.

Optional, the gravity monitoring display and the ultrasonic energy monitoring display can be added in accordance to our clients’ requirements.
